Acknowledgment of Risk
I understand that participating in the Beekeeper for a Day experience involves working near live honey bees, beekeeping tools, and outdoor environments. I acknowledge that this activity includes inherent risks, including but not limited to bee stings, allergic reactions, physical injury, slips, trips, falls, contact with beekeeping equipment, and exposure to weather conditions. I understand that even when wearing protective gear and under professional supervision, bee stings and other risks may still occur.

Health and Allergy Disclosure
I confirm that I am not aware of any severe allergy to bee stings that would prevent my safe participation. If I have any allergy or medical condition that could affect my participation, I agree to inform Seminole Bee Farms LLC prior to the activity and bring any required medication such as an epinephrine auto-injector (EpiPen). I accept full responsibility for my health during participation.

Assumption of Risk
I voluntarily choose to participate in the Beekeeper for a Day experience and knowingly assume all risks associated with the activity, including those that may arise from negligence, natural conditions, insects, animals, equipment, or outdoor environments.

Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Seminole Bee Farms LLC, its owners, employees, instructors, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, illness, allergic reaction, or death that may occur as a result of participation in this activity.

Photography and Media Release

I grant permission for Seminole Bee Farms LLC to take photographs or video recordings during the experience and to use them for educational, promotional, and marketing purposes including websites, social media, and printed materials without compensation.

I prefer NOT to appear in photos or videos

Weather and Safety Policy

I understand that Seminole Bee Farms LLC reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the experience due to weather conditions, bee behavior, or any safety concerns. Participants are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by staff.
